The Berried in Chocolate Company guarantees your chocolate gifts will arrive in a good condition. We strongly suggest using a business address to receive our perishable and delicate shipments. We cannot accept responsibility for chocolate left outside for a long period after delivery. (Especially in warm weather!)

It's best to let the recipient know that something special is coming. Don't worry. It won't ruin the surprise. It will actually help to KEEP your delivery a "berry" great surprise...not a bad one. 

How do we safely ship perishable products?

To safely ship perishable product, we will package each item in a custom insulated container with an gel ice pack. All shipments that contain chocolate dipped strawberries are extra perishable and require overnight shipping.

We prefer to ship Monday through Wednesday. Our perishable items cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or outside of the continental United States.

Shipping Methods:

We will ship your order via Fed Ex to target its arrival for your requested delivery date. Please check your address information carefully. We cannot extend or guarantee an order which which are given incorrect addresses. Please note: Areas impacted by extreme weather conditions may result in a delay in delivery.
